・Domestic *Japan shipping charges
　Free shipping on orders over ¥10,000
　Fees: no fee will be charged for cash on delivery.

・Overseas shipping charges
　All orders will be sent by DHL. 
　The shipping fee may differ depending on the weight of your shipment and delivery 　address. We will inform you of the shipping fee within your invoice.

2. Mobile Payment

3. Pay Later (Paidy)

• Shop easily with just your email address and mobile number
• Combine multiple purchases and pay in one lump sum by the 10th of the following month

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Yamato Transport’s “TA-Q-BIN Collect” service
• Payment can be made in cash or by credit card upon delivery

- Delivery Time
The average delivery time is 2 to 6 business days after your order is confirmed (excluding weekends and national holidays).
If delivery takes longer than 6 business days, we will contact you separately.

• In the event of a system error or stock shortage, we will respond individually as needed.

• Please note that we do not combine multiple orders or accept requests for specific shipping dates.Even if you include a request in the remarks section, we will not be able to respond individually.

• During sale periods or times of high order volume, delivery may take longer than your requested date. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

- Returns Policy
You may request a return for online orders that meet the following conditions.
Please review the terms below carefully and contact us at info@cvtvlist.com before returning any items.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
1. Orders paid by Cash on Delivery or shipped outside Japan
2. Sale items, pre-order items, or other products specified as non-returnable
3. Returns requested more than 8 days after the item has been delivered or received
4. Items that have been used, worn, altered, washed, or dry-cleaned
5. Items with original product tags, labels, or packaging removed or lost
6. Items that have acquired odors, stains, or damage while in your possession and differ significantly from the original condition
7. Items (including boxes and accessories) that are returned in a condition significantly different from when they were delivered, including missing or damaged accessories, or boxes/packages with shipping labels directly affixed
8. Items that were sealed and have been opened
9. Underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, perfumes, or other hygiene-related items
10. Items purchased at physical retail stores
11. Any items that do not meet our internal return standards

Please note that even if items are returned, we may not be able to accept the return if they do not comply with the above conditions.
Ensure that you review all details carefully before proceeding.

- Return Shipping Fees
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for personal reasons.
• Cash-on-delivery (collect on delivery) returns will not be accepted.

- Return Procedure
1. Confirm that your item meets the return conditions.
2. Send a return request to info@cvtvlist.com.
3. Once your request is approved, pack the item securely and ship it prepaid to the address provided.
4. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
