PAYMENT

CATALIST accepts the following payment methods for orders placed on this online store. All prices are shown in Japanese yen and include consumption tax.

1. Credit and Debit Cards

VISA, Mastercard, American Express and JCB.
Your card is charged when the order is placed.

2. Digital Wallets

Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

3. Mobile Payment (Japan only)

PayPay, Merpay (メルペイ) and d払い.

4. Paidy (Buy Now, Pay Later, Japan only)

No credit card required. Check out with your email address and mobile phone number, and settle all Paidy purchases made during the month in one payment by the 10th of the following month. Paidy's own terms and eligibility checks apply.

5. Cash on Delivery (Japan only)

Delivered by Yamato Transport's TA-Q-BIN Collect service. You may pay the driver in cash or by credit card at the door.
The cash on delivery handling fee is included in our flat domestic shipping rate of ¥880, and is waived together with shipping on orders of ¥10,000 or more (tax included).
Orders paid by cash on delivery are not eligible for return. Please see our Return Policy.

Receipts

A receipt can be downloaded from the Order History page of your account once payment is complete: open the relevant order and select "View receipt". For cash on delivery orders, the official receipt is issued by the carrier at the time of delivery. We are unable to reissue receipts or provide handwritten receipts.
